Things you may feel/experience after your CranioSacrcal Reflexology treatment

Physiologically and Physically

  • With shifts you may not be able to describe, you may begin to feel more at ease in your entire body. This treatment offers a whole body self-reorganization for which there are no words. But which definitely feels "right" and "good."
  • You may begin to feel more freedom in joints you did not know where hindered until they began moving farther and wider.
  • Your soft tissue may begin to feel softer, more flexible where it once felt rigid.
  • You may begin to feel pain and discomfort decreasing.
  • Your digestive system may begin to change:
  • Your cravings may subside
  • Stomach issues may begin to fade: heartburn, stomach aches, indigestion.
  • GI issues may begin to subside: bloating, pain, gas, diarrhea, constipation, hemorrhoids
  • Headaches and migraines may lessen, slowly disappearing.

Mentally

  • You may begin to feel more mentally sharp.
  • You may be able to recall things more readily, both short and long-term memories (see emotions).
  • You may begin to experience colorful, interesting, insightful dreams.
  • You may begin to feel more alert with less caffeine or sugar cravings than usual.
  • Episodes of anxiety may begin to lessen.
  • You may begin to process your thoughts more clearly, prioritize your life, and tend to your 'to do' list more efficiently (or throw it away!)
  • Confidence may start to show up.

Emotionally

  • You may begin to experience gentle, calming shifts in emotions.
  • Where once you felt anxious/nervous, you may begin to feel far calmer and confident in your responses to stressful situations.
  • You may begin to experience emotions which in the past you may have blocked from receiving/experiencing.  This is any emotion..more often sadness/grief will show.  But joy is definitely on the list!
  • This process allows you to 'sit with' the emotion without becoming entangled in any stress around it. Observe your body and your mind having the emotion, and then send it on its way if need be. The treatment is helping your body cleanse it out, not hold onto it (unless it's joy!).
  • You may begin to feel happier more often!
